ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com providing your order number and as many details as possible. Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to guarantee that we'll be able to cancel or make changes to your order (this is because our warehouse team are super efficient at getting your orders out the door!).
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1-3 business days.
Most orders leave the warehouse on the next business day after receipt of payment.
You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. I'm based in Canada but we are shipping from our warehouse in EU.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. We will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
The shipments leave EU (if sent oversees) within one day and reach the destination country in the next 1-2 days (from the shipping date). International deliveries vary by country and we're not responsible for the speed of delivery as it's completely out of our control. With the COVID-19, shipments might be delayed and tracking limited.
Please note that the shipment leaves EU very quickly and reaches Canada and the US in 2-3 business days. From there it is sorted and distributed at the same pace as other packages sent within respective countries.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our primary warehouse is in the EU.
SO YOU'RE BASED IN CANADA, BUT THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED FROM POLAND?
Yes, I live, have my business registered, and pay my taxes in BC, Canada.
However, as a dual citizen of Canada and Poland, I appreciate that the products I sell support the economies & businesses of both countries that are so dear to me. And that I can offer sustainably manufactured high quality products made by the supplier I trust and who appreciates that little bit of financial support we can offer by manufacturing the products with them.
So whenever you decide to buy from my store, your money goes to real people that stand behind this product. You support a small Canadian business, and a part of the amount you pay supports people in Poland who help make this product possible. And it means a lot to all of us. Thank you.
WHY AS A CANADIAN BUSINESS YOU CHARGE IN USD?
USD is our default currency because we sell globally, and it's the most common currency used by the customers and is recognized globally as a standard currency. Even though I'm based in Canada, and the business is registered here.
However, the store allows choosing other currencies (CAD, EUR, GBP).
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES & CANADA?
We ship within EU, to Canada and the US, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
WHY DON'T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?
Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works.

Instagram profile. Soon other women started joining me and sharing the new things they tried.
And when people started asking me about cards with inspiration for new things to try, I listened closely. And I created the original Do Something New Deck!
And now I sell high-quality, ethically produced decks of cards which are designed by me and sourced directly from the suppliers and manufacturers in Europe.
I also run a mastermind program
where I show other women how to create and monetize their own decks of cards.

2. We will need your order number, detailed description of the situation, photos (in case the product arrived damaged or incomplete), and anything else necessary to resolve whatever issue you may have.

Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
To organize a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to process your return if you contact us outside of this period.
In case of a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in a re-sellable condition before making a refund.
