Shipping and Returns



1. IF YOU REQUIRE A RETURN, REFUND, OR WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE START BY WRITING US HERE: hello@100newthingstotry.com. Please do not return any item to us without contacting us first.
2. We will need your order number, detailed description of the situation, photos (in case the product arrived damaged or incomplete), and anything else necessary to resolve whatever issue you may have.
3.  Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you! 
Please, don't take advantage of small businesses. Small business is the backbone of the economy.

Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection, we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you. 
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.  To organize a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods. Unfortunately we are unable to process your return if you contact us outside of this period.


In case of a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in a re-sellable condition before making a refund.
